TESOS — Lawn Care Routing Software & AI Operations Manager
TESOS is lawn care routing software and an AI operations manager for lawn-care owners. It clusters clients by neighborhood, reschedules rain days in seconds, and runs the week for you — like Claude or ChatGPT, but for lawn care operators. Stop paying $60K/yr for a COO; your schedule gets handled while you're on the job. Founded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana by LSU grads Adam Sabbaghian and Darryl Elias, and built to work for route-based service businesses anywhere in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand.
Smart routing built on Google Maps
Three-step routing, in order: (1) cluster customers geographically, (2) find the fastest path through each cluster, (3) find the fastest path back to HQ. Includes a 30-minute lunch buffer and an optional self-timing feature so crews record real yard times to make routes even more accurate.
One-tap rain-day rescheduling
A formula computes how long each day will run. When rain, cancellations, or any other change happens, TESOS picks the lightest day that respects yard duration, allowed and blocked days per customer, and geographic fit. Two taps and the day is handled.
TESOS COO — an AI operations manager
A text-based operations manager. Moves jobs across the calendar, generates weekly reports, tracks rain forecasts and crew capacity, alerts when growth rate will force hiring, and flags new clients that are unprofitable based on distance from HQ and existing route density.
Worker view
A separate link crews save to the phone home screen. They pick their crew and see today's route with three buttons: Complete, Reschedule, Skip. Nothing else.
One-click import
Owner uploads a CSV of customer names and addresses. TESOS walks through a frequency check (weekly, biweekly, every N days) and builds the whole week of routes from that one file.
Built by owners in Baton Rouge — works worldwide
TESOS was built in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, but the routing, rescheduling, worker view, and AI assistant work anywhere a crew drives a truck to a customer. Operators in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand can run TESOS the same way.
Beyond lawn care
The same routing, rescheduling, worker-view, and AI-assistant philosophy applies to any route-based service business: pool service, pest control, pressure washing, window cleaning, HVAC and appliance repair routes, landscaping and tree care, junk removal, and mobile car detailing.

Founders
Adam Sabbaghian (co-founder, LSU) and Darryl Elias (co-founder, LSU) built TESOS after watching multi-crew lawn care operators lose full evenings rebuilding routes after rain days. Contact: hello@trytesos.com.
